Chadrick Andrews, knowledgable in Flash, C++, website development, and artistic design, has long desired to create his own game design company.  As a child, he created games in MS PowerPoint.  Currently, he creates and draws characters for our games and does some work with Flash animations.

Robert Firth is a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There he plans to study computer science and meteorology. He is a competent programmer in Java, C++, C#, HTML, and JavaScript. Robert Firth has participated in several Microsoft beta programs, including the Internet Explorer 7, Windows Vista, and Longhorn Server Technical Beta.

The name "Ar(X)al" comes from the type of art we use to created the characters in our games, called "Pixel Art".  The word "Ar(X)al" is the combination of the words "art" and "pixel" into one word.  Of course, the rest of the name comes naturally from the nature of the business.
